Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 2026 · Yumble ("we", "us").

Yumble is an adult social-dining service for people aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards for preventing, detecting and responding to any such content or conduct, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Adults only — no minors

Yumble is strictly for users aged 18 and over. Every member must verify their identity and age with a selfie and photo identity document before their account is approved. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult are refused. We use Google Play's tools to restrict access by declared minors.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Yumble and will result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities:

Reporting and in-app feedback

Yumble provides an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns, block other users, and submit feedback. Reports of suspected CSAE or CSAM are treated as the highest priority. Users can also contact our safety team directly at safety@yumble.app.

Our response to CSAM

On obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and relevant laws, including removing the content, disabling the responsible account, preserving relevant information, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority (in the UK, the Internet Watch Foundation and/or law enforcement).

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement.

Child safety point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters and CSAE notifications is: safety@yumble.app
