Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of Yumble. This is a plain-English version; please have a solicitor review before public launch.

1. Who we are

Yumble ("we", "us", "our") operates the Yumble social-dining service. You can contact us at hello@yumble.app or by post at:

Yumble, 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1BN, United Kingdom

2. Who can use Yumble

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using Yumble you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. Yumble is strictly for adults; we use tools to restrict access by anyone under 18.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. We verify members with a selfie and photo ID to keep the community genuine; providing false information or impersonating others is not allowed.

4. Membership & payment

Yumble is free for your first 6 months, with no card required during that period. After the free period, a paid membership (£14.99/month) may apply; we will remind you before any charge and you can cancel at any time. A free tier will remain available. Restaurant partners are charged on a per-booking basis.

5. Acceptable use

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, deceive, or endanger others; do not post illegal, harmful, or sexual content, and never any content that sexualises or endangers a child; do not use Yumble for spam, solicitation, or fraud. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, and we report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

6. Meeting people

Yumble helps you meet people, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Always meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and use your judgement. You are responsible for your own safety.

7. Content

You keep ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it within the service. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

8. Liability

Yumble is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions between members or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using Yumble and delete your account at any time from Settings or via our account deletion page.
